The hosting partner of the mobility takes care of the arrangements and to plan the budget for each person/group that they host. The budget should cover accommodation, food, and additional cost if any. Below you can see how much money you get from the Erasmus+ program according to the EU-rules for the program. Note that money can be applied for special needs support for example for person in need of assistance (e.g. in wheel chair or need of other support) as well as special cost for visa and visa related cost.
For example if you host 1 person from any other country to make job shadowing in Belgium for 2 weeks - you get 65 € x 1 person x 14 days =910 €.
For example if you host 10 people from any other country to make job shadowing in Finland for 1 weeks - you get 71 € x 10 persons x 7 days =4970 €.
