KEKS network in Sweden is currently preparing an Erasmus+ application in order to arrange job shadowing and study visits within the ICY-network. The proposal comes from Swedish KEKS-members who are local departments in youth work, youth workers, coordinators and managers.
The aim of the project is for youth workers, coordinators and managers to gain new knowledge and experience through peer –learning by transnational job shadowing and/or study visits. Through this competence building activity for youth workers staff will be able bring back home valuable new knowledge to their own organisations in order to further develop the youth work on different levels.
The aim is to apply to the Erasmus+ programme on the October 4th deadline.
